Hello, I’m Esther, founder of Ferrowe People Advisory.
I founded Ferrowe to support organisations that need practical, commercially grounded people advice without unnecessary complexity.
My work is focused on helping leaders build stronger people foundations, from HR governance and employee relations to workforce planning, recruitment processes, manager capability and organisational structure.
I believe good HR should give businesses clarity, confidence and room to grow. It should help leaders make fair decisions, manage risk properly and create workplaces where people understand what is expected of them.
